Our cakes have been meticulously tested over time to result in what we believe is the ideal cake: moist, tender, balanced, and none too sweet. Cake Flavors

All of our cakes, fillings, and buttercreams are 100% made from scratch. We also use Swiss meringue buttercream–a light, silky, and just barely sweet buttercream made with whipped egg whites and butter that is unlike canned and store bought frosting.

Alternating layers of vanilla bean and chocolate cake. Can pair with vanilla bean or chocolate buttercream.

Brown Butter Spice
Cake filled with ground cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves, brown butter filling, and spiced buttercream.
