Dotted Fruit Cake

This light and airy cake is made with our chiffon cake, filled and decorated with slices of fresh fruit, and frosted with vanilla bean mascarpone whipped cream. Each cake has four layers of cake and three layers of filling. This design features randomly piped and placed “dots” and fruit.

Please keep in mind that this is an Asian-style cake which is different than American-style butter cakes with buttercream frosting. The cake is very light, barely sweet, and has fresh fruit inside and outside.

While we try our best to estimate serving sizes, if you know you’ll want larger cake slices or leftovers, please order one size up to accommodate. These cakes must be kept refrigerated.

Preorder cakes MUST be ordered at least 7 days in advance and we are also closed on Sundays and Mondays. If your order is placed for a date within the 7 day window or on Sun/Mon, we will refund your order and it will NOT be fulfilled.
